Terms of Trading

Statutory rights
All statements, guarantees or warranties in these terms of trading are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights.

Pricing and availability
All products are offered for sale to residents of Great Britain and overseas, at the prices shown, with orders being placed either on-line, or by telephone or post to the address below. We endeavour to hold stocks for immediate dispatch of all products offered and to provide UK delivery of goods within 3 working days of order, subject to payment clearance.
We will not debit your payment card until the goods are ready for dispatch.
In the event that goods are out of stock and that we do not expect to be able to dispatch them to you within 7 working days of your order, we will contact you for further instructions.

Packing and delivery charges
Where a charge is payable for packing and delivery, this is indicated on the 'overseas' page and or the final secure order page. The charge will be added to the amount debited to your card account. Prices shown on products pages include UK delivery.

Ordering and payment
When you place an order with us from our web site, or directly by phone or post, you are making an agreement to purchase from us and promising that payment will be made to us by the bank or other administrator of your payment card and that we may request authorization for payment to us by the bank or other administrator. In the event that payment is revoked after dispatch and or delivery of the goods, we reserve the right to take the necessary steps to recover payment from you.

After receipt of your order, for your security, your payment card number will be deleted from our computerized records.

General
All queries / damages must be notified in writing to 1st-phonecards within 3 working days of receipt of goods.

Cancellation
All cancellations must be received in writing before returning goods.

Text Direct Service
We are unable to provide refunds for customers using the Text Direct Service. Customers must be 16+ and have bill payers permission.
